3. Shipping & Delivery

Do you have ready stock in Malaysia?

Yes! All products are in stock and shipped directly from our warehouse in Malaysia.

How long does delivery take?

We process and ship orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 2-4 working days for West Malaysia.

How are flammable solid fuel cubes shipped?

Solid fuel items are securely packaged and shipped via approved land transport partners.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). For damaged items, please contact support immediately with a photo.
