3. PRODUCTS AND SAFETY WARNINGS

  • Nature of Goods: Our store sells solid fuel blocks, which are classified as flammable solids.

  • User Responsibility: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with flammable materials. You agree to use the products only as intended and in accordance with all safety instructions provided on the packaging or our website.

  • Liability: Chill journey shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the misuse, improper storage, or negligent handling of our fuel products.

4. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS (PENINSULA MALAYSIA ONLY)

  • Service Area: We only sell and ship products within Peninsula Malaysia.

  • Order Cancellation: We do not accept orders from East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan) or international locations. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. Any orders placed outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
