Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chill Journey (chilljourney.us). We strive to provide high-quality catering and outdoor gear to our customers. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. Damaged or Defective Items (Crucial for Fuel Products) Due to safety and transport regulations, solid/gel fuel products (Chafing Fuel) are classified as hazardous materials and CANNOT be physically returned via standard postal services once delivered.

  • If you receive damaged, leaking, or defective fuel products, please do not attempt to ship them back.

  • Please contact us at support@chilljourney.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the damage.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment for the affected items immediately from our Johor Bahru warehouse.

2. Returns for Non-Fuel Products (Camping Gear & Accessories) For non-hazardous items (such as camping tools and accessories), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Address Authorized non-fuel returns must be shipped to our fulfillment facility in Malaysia:

  • Recipient: Chill Journey Return Department

  • Address: No.44, Jalan Setia 4/6, Taman Setia Indah, 81100, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

  • Note: Any items sent back without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process Once your return (for eligible goods) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
